It's no suprise to anyone that the success of a company can be measured by the quality of its employees! Intertel takes special care in the hiring of its investigators, making sure that each has the qualifications included in our basic philosophy of what makes a good investigator. We've found three backgrounds that consistently produce high performers: military service, higher education in criminal justice and previous service in federal, state or local law enforcement. All of our investigators have one or more of these qualifications.
Secondly, we put all new employees through our training program and conduct ongoing updates/training on new equipment and methods, changes in the law and other areas that affect our work.
A combination of selective criteria and extensive training has paid off in the professionalism in our investigators' performance, meaning thorough, accurate investigations and a high level of client satisfaction.
