Dear Valued INTERTEL Client,
I hope this note finds you and your organization well. INTERTEL is closely monitoring developments with respect to COVID-19, including information and guidance published by World Health Organization and the Center for Disease Control.
INTERTEL remains open with no disruptions to our service centers. To ensure that we can maintain normal operations as the spread of COVID-19 continues, we have activated our Pandemic Response Plan.
COVID-19 has not impacted INTERTEL’s ability to deliver any services at this time. Our strategy for business continuity includes:
Following CDC guidance to create awareness and preventative measures to reduce the chance of infection in the workplace.
Cross-training employees to help maintain business operations in the event of decreased employee availability.
Plans for keeping service center facilities open and staffed and contingency plans in the event an INTERTEL office cannot be kept open and/or adequately staffed.
Regular conversations internally regarding updates from state and federal officials.
Thank you for your business as we all work hard to navigate through these challenging times. Rest assured, we are 100% focused on supporting you in the coming days and weeks. We will communicate updates to notify you of changes to the availability of INTERTEL’s services.
Steve Derossett
President – INTERTEL, Inc.
